Service Description

BookOfYou helps you create a personalised book using AI-generated text and cover illustrations. You can purchase a digital PDF or a physical printed book shipped within Australia.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content or photos that you do not have permission to use.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service (abuse rate limits, scrape, or attack infrastructure).

Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices are listed in AUD and may change over time. Physical orders include shipping within Australia.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital deliveries (PDFs) may not be refundable once delivered. If you have an issue with a physical order (print defects, shipping damage), contact support and we will work with you to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you provide. We grant you a license to use the generated book for personal use. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. This is placeholder legal language and will be replaced before launch.
